Offers five days in the magical retreat center Dragonfly House near Antequera and two days in Málaga.
In this retreat you will experience all kinds of interesting nurishment for soul and body, such as soft yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, creativ psycho-somatic sessions, sound healing and cocoa ceremony.
We will walk through olive groves and learn about olive oils and olive cultivation, hike through the magnificent El Torcal de Antequera mountain range, visit sites in the city of Antequera and look around the amazing city of Ronda.
In the last two days we stay in a hotel in the centre of Málaga and explore interesting places and stroll through ancient streets. On the final evening, the group will have and dine together in a restaurant in the Málaga..
Prise for a double shared twin room, 2100 Euros
Prise for a single room 2450 Euros.
All rooms have a bathroom en suite, except two rooms which are situated in an apartment, with a small living room, a kitchenette and a shared bathroom.

Leaders:
Lilja Steingrímsdóttir.
Lilja has successfully led and organized longer walks and retreats in Iceland for over twenty years. She is a certified psychotherapist, nurse, homeopath and guide. All of her education and experience are well used to create good and useful experiences on a retreat like this. Lilja will offer group-building psycho-physical exercises and meditations and play an instrument when appropriate.
Anna Margrét Guðjónsdóttir.
Anna Margrét has worked with a Spanish company for the past ten years and has therefore often had business trips to Spain. In recent months she has had one foot in the city of Málaga and has wandered around Andalusia quite a bit. Her interest in Spain and Spanish culture can be traced back to her teenage years and in high school she began learning Spanish and is trying her best to improve in that regard. In her mind, Andalusia is one of the most exciting regions of Spain, and she would like to share her interest and knowledge of the region with us.
Edda Jónsdóttir.
Edda Jónsdóttir has studied Yoga Nidra, Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga. She emphasizes grounding, listening and curiosity in all her practice. Edda has attended various courses that describe her interests such as yoga therapy, float therapy and Acquatic Massage Therapy. Edda has taught yoga at the Yoga Center and other places for many years. Her main interests are the outdoors, as well as countless other things related to mental and physical health. Edda lived in Spain for a time and has a BA in Spanish in addition to being a qualified teacher.
