Meet Adele Stickland: Your guide to Pilates, wellness, and a healthier you
I’m Adele Stickland, and I’m here to help you achieve a balanced and healthier lifestyle through Pilates and holistic wellness practices. With a background as an accredited ICF coach and trained psychologist, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my teaching, focusing not only on physical fitness but also on mental and emotional wellbeing.
My journey into the world of wellness began after experiencing burnout during a demanding corporate career, especially after the birth of my first child. Pilates was a transformative experience for me, helping me regain my health and find balance. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others do the same.
Whether you’re dealing with back pain, looking to build strength, or simply seeking a way to manage stress, my Pilates classes offer a welcoming space for everyone. I cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced, ensuring that each session is tailored to your needs and goals.
In addition to my Pilates classes, I also host Rise and Reset wellness retreats in the heart of Southern Spain. These retreats provide an opportunity to step away from daily stresses, focus on your health, and return feeling rejuvenated and empowered. I’m truly excited about the opportunity to welcome you to what promises to be a magical week in this stunning setting. Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect each day:
Retreat Schedule:
- 6:30 AM: Tea and coffee are available for early risers to enjoy a peaceful start to the morning.
- 7:30 AM: Morning meditation and gentle Sun Salutations with me, Adele, to help set a calm tone for the day.
- 8:30 AM: A revitalising Pilates session designed to strengthen and align your body.
- 10:00 AM: A nourishing breakfast to refuel and energise you for the day ahead.
- 2:00 PM: A light lunch of delicious soup or snacks, leaving you plenty of time for a leisurely walk, some reading, or just soaking in the peaceful environment.
- 4:00 PM: A Wellbeing Session with me focused on enhancing your overall health and personal growth.
- 5:00 PM: Evening Yoga with Helen to improve your flexibility and unwind your mind.
- 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: A delightful dinner where you can connect with fellow retreaters.
Special Activities:

- Antequera Castle Trip: Explore the historical beauty and architectural grandeur of this famous site.
- Vineyard Tour: Perfect for wine lovers, this tour offers a chance to taste some of the region’s best wines.

Terms and Conditions:
In the unlikely event that Adele Stickland Wellbeing Consultant Ltd must cancel the event, all monies paid for the retreat will be fully refunded. However, Adele Stickland Wellbeing Consultant Ltd will not be liable for any other costs incurred, such as flights, transport, airport parking, hotels, etc. To cover such possibilities, it is highly recommended and compulsory that participants take out adequate travel insurance.
Please note that the booking deposit of £145 is strictly non-refundable. If you, as a participant, need to cancel your booking, written confirmation will be required. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the retreat will be eligible for a 30% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered for cancellations made on or after 12 weeks before the retreat start date.
