Casa Libelula dragonfly house in the south of Spain is a small piece of paradise.

Emily is an international yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience and training, whose aim is to deepen your yoga practice and enrich it with imaginative insight.

Katie is a transformational healer, who empowers self-love journeys by supporting emotional freedom. She shares this wisdom through many different creative expressions, to name a few, workshops, healing sessions, massage and kudalini yoga.

As this retreat falls over Samhain we will be celebrating, honouring and remembering the soul's of the dead. This also marks the end of harvest season.

If you are looking for a week where you can experience a deep and enriching yoga practice in a tranquil warm setting then look no further. There will be time for reflection and stillness. We also offer some optional, carefully chosen, and popular trips to explore the surrounding area, including a trip to the cleaning waters of a local lake.

Our focus for this retreat is to create an environment for a profound authentic experience of the self and the natural world and Katie will be looking out for your well-being and personal growth. She has a strong passion, desire and determination to change the way people take care of themselves. Through holistic health, intuitive living, and trusting the authority in self, she supports, empowers, and encourages others in bringing, serving, and contributing to the best well-being experiences.

What Makes This Retreat Special

What is special about this retreat is the quality and authenticity that you will experience. Emily has been studying yoga for 20 years and has a deep knowledge of the soul qualities of the chakra and the ability to describe these practically and clearly.

She can meet everyone where they are with their practice and bring them to a deeper understanding of how to integrate a spiritual practice in yoga and through this a deeper relationship with the world around them.

Katie has trained in many healing modalities and holistic therapies and has a wide range of experience in both living, working, and volunteering at retreat spaces over many years.

She has a deep interest and strong passion in true well-being, sacredness and living in alignment with your own true nature. An avid traveler both internally and externally, Katie from Bespoke Journey takes you on an inner pilgrimage, supporting deep self inquiry as you safely discover your inner realms and emotional landscape.

Also the love and care that has been put devotedly into Casa Libelula provides a unique setting for a truly healing and enriching week.

Program

Each day will follow a similar rhythm with a flow and ease to the day. We will offer a few excursions from the house but nowhere too far away. We will also look at the temperatures and adjust the day according to them. There will be two yoga classes everyday followed by meditation. There will also be time given to enjoying the food and each other's company, balanced with time for yourself or to walk from the house or swim in the pool.

Food

We believe that generosity through nourishing yourself is an essential ingredient for healing and growing. Through our lovingly prepared plant-based food we hold you safe, and bring you fantastic flavour, new experiences and help you dive further into the joy that healthy food can bring. Ingredients come from our own food forest and gardens, as well as local farms so they are fresh and bursting with flavour. Special diets can be catered for on request.

Teachers

EMILY

Emily is a yoga teacher with 20 years of experience. She had taught all over Europe living in both Germany and Italy. Her main inspiration is the spiritual teacher Heinz Grill and also other teachers like Rudolf Steiner, Satya Sai Baba, and Sri Aurobindo among others.

On this retreat, the main focus will be learning and training the capacity for conscious observation. Seeing beyond the physical, learning to create from the spirit and to perceive with the soul.

The activity with the body will be gentle and deep-reaching, with massive health benefits and working in a way that both forms and transforms.
The classes will suit all levels and abilities.

KATIE

Katie is passionate about empowering women on their self love journeys through supporting emotional freedom. With a deep love for all things natural and beautiful.

She will be offering intuitive transformational deep healing massage sessions. Using conscious embodied touch and massage movement this experience offers the opportunity for us to connect and to tune into your body, to cultivate awareness within the body as we move, shift and dissolve areas of stored emotions and tension through somatic body release. A variety of techniques and with over 17 years in practice, this treatment is a safe space for you to be as you allow yourself to relax, unfold and melt to receive.

Using breath, movement and connection with the body you can allow your nervous system to settle and enjoy this soothing, nurturing and grounding treatment. This is a very individual and unique treatment suited to your needs as you reconnect to your body, your home.

Discovering and feeling into your energy, your needs and where you are currently at in the present moment. Receiving a combination of the following... energy work, infused with handmade natural and organic aromatherapy massage, reflexology, intuitive coaching, emotional healing release and working with spirit and tarot.

Working on all levels, mentally. emotionally, physically and spiritually.
