CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations under any circumstances made by you within 3 months of the start date of the retreat are non-refundable unless you can find a replacement in this time period. We will try our best to help you find someone but can’t guarantee a refund.
Cancellations by you made more than 3 months in advance of the retreat a 50% refund will be offered.
Cancellation of the retreat taking place by the retreat leader will result in 100% refund to you.
If you arrive late or need to leave the retreat early, you will not receive any refunds for the remaining retreat experience.
We advise you to take out comprehensive travel insurance. Cancellation due to inability to travel for any reason including Covid 19 or variants is your responsibility.
