During this retreat we will look at daily habits , moving our bodies daily in various ways. All movements have different options available to accommodate everyone’s needs and health requirements. All I ask is a willingness to try.

Daily morning practises: One and a half hours
A combination of dance/ gentle yoga, breathwork, journalling and meditation.
Evening: One and a half to two hours
A combination of dance/ gentle yoga, breathwork, journalling, meditation and relaxation.

Basic coordination would be advantageous, in depth dance knowledge is not required. You will need to bring: Trainers / or soft soled shoes for movement.
Comfy clothes for moving and dancing in Layers of clothing for evening. A scarf or sarong.

Dance is the purest form of expression and has been used for centuries as ritual and celebration in all cultures of the world. Reconnect with yourself and your body. Heal unspoken pieces of yourself.
