I am so excited to invite you to 'The Ultimate Nourishment' Retreat at the most gorgeous venue.The retreat centre is inspired by the spirit of the resident dragonflies. In almost every part of the world, the Dragonfly symbolizes change, transformation, adaptability and self-realization.
The exact location is Antequera which is at the heart of Southern Spain. It is well connected to the coast and the enchanting historical cities of Seville and Granada it is a truly fantastic location to explore.
Steeped in history, built around Spain’s most cherished moorish fortress, with an abundance of beautiful churches and surrounded by treasured natural parks; you will experience the authentic passion of Spain throughout your stay.
For those in love with nature, this mountainous countryside is bursting with wildlife and is ready for exploration on foot, by bike or by air.
The Ultimate Nourishment
It's become a true love of mine to hold space and facilitate retreats. When I started teaching yoga in 2017, a student of mine told me that she felt so 'nourished' after my class and designed me a gorgeous ceramic plate with this word engraved. This is a feeling I love to create through my sessions and hope you can feel really 'nourished' after this retreat.
I co-hosted a retreat at Dragonfly House last year and I can honestly say it is an incredible space managed by an amazing lady, Helen who makes you feel so welcome from the start. Having gone through some turbulent personal issues in the last few years, I feel ready to step into my own power and offer you a truly magical week.
I want to provide you a safe space to feel, heal, connect, restore and rejuvenate. I will offer you my skills in sound, voice, breathwork, word circles, yoga and movement.
We will have two yoga classes daily including a morning sunrise practise on the beautiful yoga outside deck. I will include a voice, sound and breath workshop with a journal guide for you to self-reflect. We will also take a meditation walk through El Torcal. a stunning rock formation very close to Dragonfly House.
This is a gorgeous time of year to be in Spain with perfect temperatures.
You will get a chance to use all the facilities including the swimming pool and the wonderful rooms. There are three delicious vegan or veggie meals included in this stay and unlimited fruit and teas available on site.
There are an array of optional extras such as massages, other excursions locally and treatments which you can choose to book

Airport Transfers- nearest airport is Malaga and you can share the transfer cost from the airport or hire a car (for 4 people @ 25 euros each)

Check in is on 24th September at 15.00 and check out is 11.00 on 29th September
Sample day (without excursions)
7.45-9.30am : Sunrise Yoga and meditation
10am: Breakfast on the terrace
11-5pm : Free time (pool/relaxation/explore)
5-6.30pm: Breathing workshop followed by restorative/yin yoga
7.30: Dinner/ relaxation

Shared Room: 1025 euros pp
Glamping tent (solo):1090 euros pp

All rooms can be configured as double or twin beds

To secure your place, you will need to pay 225 euro deposit. This is non-refundable.
The remaining balance to be paid 2 months before the retreat.
